Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MetaMagic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

Free Tier

The free tier allows you to generate SEO titles and meta descriptions for up to 3 URLs per day. This limit resets daily. Free tier usage is subject to fair use policies.

Pro Tier

Pro tier provides unlimited URL processing, CSV export, priority support, and lifetime updates for a one-time payment. Pro licenses are non-transferable and tied to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to generate content for malicious purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations while using the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MetaMagic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated titles and meta descriptions are yours to use, but the Service itself remains our intellectual property.

Payment and Refunds

Pro tier purchases are processed through Stripe. All payments are final unless you request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to metamagic@webweiss.be.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

MetaMagic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MetaMagic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MetaMagic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
